It's in the middle of Wickford, has very good and courteous staff like mission impossible trying to find a staff member. The rooms are modern and airy with a couch and big windows.

The units are brilliant, quiet with a nice view. The hotel provided an admirable customer service during our christmas.

Had pleasant overnight stay for my business trip and the weather was lovely. I greatly enjoyed the breakfast, it was free of charge with croissants, mushrooms plus cerials, had everything could need. The whole staff was decent...  

The breakfast was healthy and nice hot with toast and croissants and cerials, so much to pick from.

Had recently refurbished room complete with a sofa, tea tray, as example. The best part of our pleasant stay was the healthy breakfast.

The location was brilliant, just a pleasant stroll away from St Nicholas Church. The room itself was exceptionally nice and adequate for bedrooms to clear. All the staff was brilliant and outstanding, fixed my issues. Stayed here before and...

Pleasant hotel with outstanding food and perfect location close enough to other areas like the bar, Wickford and Chelmsford, and garden. Free parking onsite provided. The check out is late.

The room was spotlessly clean and heated, it had shower facilities and a bidet.

The stable restaurant is a great location for a meal, situated in a nice quiet area, perfect for a family with 2 small kids. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable, with clean linen and a good TV. The staff are superb, providing excellent service throughout the whole hotel. Breakfast is included and offers a basic but sufficient selection. The hotel also has ample parking and an amazing internet connection.

The hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment.

Enjoyed our stay here and would recommend. Sincerely, it was a such great stay for our business trip. The airport was 0.5 km away from here, stunning location. The hotel staff were obliging and approaching, the breakfast was healthy.
